#LIFESTYLE: CURBING LAZINESS DURING EXERCISE...
Hello loves,
So today it's all about healthy living; exercises, diets and everything in between... I know how much most of us view pictures on the internet wishing we had that killer body but lack of time and mostly laziness.... Yes, laziness..... Won't let us get there. It's a general problem and I'm also guilty... Hehe.... I'm going to give you a few tricks that can be used to combat this laziness....
P.S; For the young men that also have that post-baby tummy but are too busy to work out, these tips could also help.. *grin*
- SET A GOAL; Know exactly what you want to achieve and work towards it. You can also set a particular time frame in which you want to achieve this.... Could be a month, 3 months but make sure it's convenient for you.
- FIND A WORKOUT BUDDY; Most people do not know this but working out with someone makes it all the more fun and inspiring. Could be a family member, friend, partner, even your crush.. ( Also a nice way to get closer to someone you like... *winks*)
- EAT HEALTHY; You can't fix your exercise time after work and then come home to download semo first before trying to start your routine. That's definitely a no no( If I do that, I would sleep off without even washing my hands... Lol..). Try focusing on these 4 things;
* Foods moderate in carbs and protein e.g meat and seafood.
* Foods that consist of low fat e.g fat-free frozen yogurt.
* Foods with low fiber e.g white bread, pasta
* Fluids
Most importantly, exercise because you want to, it makes it easier and just have fun while at it. Happy exercising..... Ciao....
